Please be informed that the rope at the " FIRST ROPE " spot in Bukit Tabur West was dismantled, the rock on top was also loosen.
Please be careful, kindly spread the message among yr friends for the benefit of trekkers. Let's do prevention effort as this is accident prone spot. Received this warning for Agnes tan of trekkers here

ReplyDeletethanks for dropping by here. I hardly gets any visitors here who leave a comment. I have not see the condition yet., but I guess due to overuse, friction and weather condition might have contribute to it to wear out.
I usually don't totally rely on the rope, I prefer to make use of rocks, branches, roots, but not after making sure they are secured. some are loosen due to soil erosion, which one must take into consideration. I am sure you can find lesser dangerous mountain to climb over there. There are hills and stuff I stay away. I know my limit( hiker's commandment no:10) you take care too and keep those post coming.
